About Eagle

Eagle was an American vehicle brand created by Chrysler after its acquisition of American Motors. It launched for 1988 through the former AMC and Jeep dealer network, taking its name from the earlier AMC Eagle.1

The range included the Renault-developed Premier, the Talon sports coupe and the Vision sedan. The Talon shared engineering with Mitsubishi’s Eclipse, while the Vision used Chrysler’s LH platform.123

Chrysler discontinued Eagle after the 1998 model year. The Talon was the final model sold under the name.1
