About Renault
Renault is a French automaker. Louis Renault and his brothers Marcel and Fernand founded the firm Renault Freres. The firm received its first orders in 1899. The headquarters is in Boulogne-Billancourt, near Paris. Renault and Nissan have been partners in an alliance since 1999. Mitsubishi Motors joined the alliance in 2016.123
Renault Group has three brands, which are Renault, Dacia and Alpine. Renault acquired a controlling stake in the Romanian maker Dacia in 1999. The Renault models include the Clio, the Megane, the Twingo, the R4 and the R5.45
Renault electric models include the R5 E-Tech, the Twingo E-Tech and the Megane E-Tech.6
