About International
International is an American commercial-vehicle brand with roots in International Harvester, formed in 1902. Its early road vehicles included the Auto Wagon, and its later products ranged from pickups and the Scout to medium- and heavy-duty trucks.1
The company adopted the Navistar name in 1986 while retaining International on its vehicles. It joined TRATON in 2021 and changed its corporate name to International Motors in 2024. Its activities also include school buses through IC Bus.1
