About Fisker
Fisker Inc. was an American electric-vehicle company founded by designer Henrik Fisker. It was separate from his earlier venture, Fisker Automotive, which produced the Karma plug-in hybrid.1
Fisker Inc.’s production vehicle was the Ocean, a battery-electric SUV engineered and assembled with Magna. Production began at Magna Steyr’s Graz factory in November 2022.23
Fisker Inc. filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in June 2024. The bankruptcy led to the end of its vehicle-manufacturing business.4
